TIP Archive

New Transportation Improvement Programs are adopted by the MPO during odd numbered years. The older documents are superseded upon adoption of the newer by the MPO and the approval of the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration.

The adopted version of older TIP Documents are below along with the Amendments Approval Letters for changes to those documents. For older TIPs and additional detail on the project changes in particular amendments, please contact MPO staff.
