NHDOT Bicycle/Pedestrian Transportation Advisory Committee

RPC staff serve on the NHDOT’s Bicycle/Pedestrian Transportation Advisory Committee (BPTAC), representing the urban regional planning commissions. The mission of the BPTAC is to support bicycling and walking as safe, convenient, and sustainable forms of transportation that increase New Hampshire’s livability, increase economic activity, and improve public and environmental health. The BPTAC seeks to improve bicycle and walking safety through education, public outreach, collaboration, policy, and facility construction.
