Regional Call/Coordination Center

Descripton

This element provides an interface for a traveler to efficiently schedule transportation services even across multiple agencies, for separate purposes, or even through different funding streams. The call/coordination center will manage transportation information and services to provide more efficient access to transportation throughout the region using elements of IVR and computer-aided dispatch software. In the future this may include a web-based opportunity to request demand response services through the call/coordination center.
